We ship Canada-wide, to the United States, and internationally. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and will be provided at checkout. Rivahna is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your order, contact us and we'll refund you — no complicated process, no runaround.

To request a return or refund, contact us at hello@rivahna.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe following receipt of the returned item, where applicable.

Fair use of this guarantee: our 30-day guarantee is offered in good faith to make sure every customer is happy with their purchase. We reserve the right to decline a refund request where we identify a pattern of repeated, excessive, or abusive use of this policy by the same customer. This does not affect your rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection law.
